HR Assistant

Looking for your first step into HR?
Do you want a career in HR but have no experience?

This role could be for you. We are looking to recruit an HR Assistant who wants to learn the profession. This is a home based position but you must be close to our office near Amesbury. You also need an office space at home to work.

No previous HR experience is required just excellent admin and organisational skills. Full training will be given.

J Mann Associates is a family run HR Outsourcing company. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into HR.

The role:

To provide effective high quality administrative support to the business.
Responsible for the new starter spreadsheet. Ensuring all the correct documentation is requested, received and up to date.
Request references, chasing and following up of references.
Add employees to HR system.
Upload employee documents to the HR system for clients.
Monitor probation reviews for new starters ensure managers send correct paperwork.
Produce monthly reports from the HR system.
Answering telephone and taking messages for the team.
General administration duties supporting the team.
Maintain strict confidentiality of personal and HR information both within the Company and outside.
