Location: Stockbridge, Hampshire (SO20 8HQ)
Standard Core Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
Friday: 07:00 – 13:00
Flexible Working Hours (Monday to Thursday) You may choose to work one of the following patterns:
06:00 – 16:00
06:30 – 16:30
07:00 – 17:00
Overtime:
There is guaranteed overtime of up to 3.5 hours per week, subject to business requirements.
Overview
Working as part of our skilled workshop team, you'll be involved in the manufacture of high-quality bespoke joinery, including:
- Traditional and modern timber windows and doors
- Box sash windows and frames
- Custom-made joinery products
- Fitting and assembling components to exact specifications
- Preparing products for finishing and spray processes
- Fitting ironmongery and final detailing
- Using a combination of hand tools, machinery, and modern workshop equipment
What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who:
- Has experience in a bench joinery or woodworking environment
- Can work confidently from drawings and specifications
- Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship
- Has a strong eye for detail and finishing
- Works well as part of a team whilst managing your own workload
- Has experience working with hardwoods, softwoods, MDF, plywood, veneers, and related materials
- Communicates effectively and professionally
