- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

This is a busy job with a friendly hard working team. We cover the Winchester and Southampton area mostly and driving between jobs throughout the day is required.
