Full job description

Job Summary

Salary negotiable depending on experience. We are seeking an organised Sales Administrator to join our busy team in a part-time role - 5 days a week (school hours) plus two Saturday mornings (10am-1pm). The successful candidate will help customers in the showroom and support the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer records, and assisting with sales processes. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and have a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

Helping customers in the showroom
Managing and updating customer information
Assisting with sales order processing and documentation
Helping customers in the showroom
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and follow-ups
Handling correspondence via email and telephone in a professional manner
Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as required
Ensuring timely completion of administrative duties to support sales targets
Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries

Experience

Proven experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Good IT skills with the ability to adapt to new programmes quickly
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Previous experience in customer service
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment

Pay: From £19,305.00 per year
