As an IT Desktop Support Engineer at Wren Kitchens, you’ll deliver professional, customer-focused technical support across our head office, retail showrooms, and remote locations. This role involves both on-site and remote support, resolving technical issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and networking equipment. You’ll work closely with IT and business teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot technical issues across devices, printers, networks, and applications
- Support MDM platforms including Intune, Jamf, and SOTI
- Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations through ITSM systems
- Maintain asset records, documentation, security compliance, and patching standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and remote sites to resolve issues
- Support IT projects, continuous improvements, and junior team development
- Assist with procurement, administration, and compliance activities
You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, Windows 10/11, MacOS, iOS, and Android.
- Skilled in networking, printing, and endpoint support.
- Experience with MDM tools (Intune, Jamf, SOTI), PDQ Deploy, IFS, OneLan, and Chip & PIN devices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and organisational skills under pressure.
- Clear communication with a customer-focused approach.
- Experienced in on-site and remote support.
- IT certifications (ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple) are a plus.
- Full driving licence, valid in the UK required.
