We are searching for individuals who want to join our team, with the desire & potential to be promoted in time to a sales position. We are looking for staff who want to stay with the Red Carpet Ready for years to come.
You will be trained by an award-winning company & in return, we expect you to support the Retail Sales team to create a memorable 5* customer experience in our fast-paced, peak season retail environment. The role of a Retail Sales Assistant is predominantly retail, shop floor based. Your “customers” will be our Retail Sales team & Shift Managers, you will be working for them. You will ensure you are efficient, and a clear communicator assisting them in all duties and requirements on each shift that you work. Helpful, friendly, and fun. You will thrive in a very fast paced environment, and as you will be running between showrooms on busy shifts, you will be energetic!

WHAT WE WILL GIVE YOU
- Rates are from £9.47 to £14.24ph
- We are in huge demand during our Prom Season, August to May, open on days, evenings, and weekends.
- You can work as many shifts as you want, but with an agreed minimum of 2 per week. This could be one evening and one weekend day, or 2 evenings a week. You may only want to work Peak Season and spend your summer on the beach – that’s fine too!!
- Being a successful peak seasonal business means longer hours in the winter and the opportunity for extended holiday leave over the summer months.
- In the school holidays we are full on, so can give you lots of extra shifts over half terms and Easter. Ideally this is what we need from our Retail team.
- Full training is provided with mentors & support, and our retail sales assistant training and development scheme, can lead to your Red Carpet Ready Graduation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You will assist your sales team with their sales, which includes bringing products to and from other show rooms, ensuring products get put away quickly and accurately with the correct size cubes and hangers.
- Taking ownership of your showrooms, ensuring they are well presented at all times, and that mannequins are always dressed in the right products.
- You will need to be energetic and enjoy being on your feet all day. This is a fast- paced job role.
- You will be an ambassador for Red Carpet Ready with a sense of style and pride in your appearance that creates that perfect first impression.
- You must have the confidence to have fun with our customers; using our props, you will complete their customer experience by getting involved with taking their “yes to the dress” photos and videos.
