The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an experienced spray painter with a background in high-quality joinery, cabinetry, furniture, or bespoke woodwork.
You'll become a key part of our finishing department, working on a wide range of premium, helping to ensure that each one leaves our workshop at the highest possible standard.
You'll be joining a team that values craftsmanship, attention to detail, and continuous improvement, whilst benefiting from modern facilities and investment in the latest technology.
The Role
- Preparing joinery components for finishing to an exceptional standard
- Applying primers, base coats and topcoats using modern spray equipment and techniques
- Producing consistent, high-quality finishes across a range of bespoke joinery products
- Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets our quality standards
- Maintaining spray equipment and ensuring the finishing area remains clean and organised
- Working closely with production teams to achieve project deadlines and customer expectations
- Identifying opportunities to improve finishing processes, efficiency, and quality
- Contributing to a positive, professional workshop environment
- Managing stock control & order placements
- Contributing ideas & strategies to improve paint shop efficiencies

- Start to assist with planning the department workload
- Become a trusted and highly skilled member of the finishing team
- Help identify improvements to processes and quality standards
- Ensure the required high level standard of finish is exceeded

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
