Hours: 16 hours per week

Pay: £14.45 per hour

Invercare Services Ltd is seeking a motivated and reliable Finance Officer to join our friendly team at our Greenock branch on a part-time basis (16 hours per week).

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our finance function. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with a range of financial administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Processing and issuing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies
Supporting credit control activities and payment processing
Maintaining financial records and spreadsheets
Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding invoicing queries
Assisting with month-end financial administration and reporting
General finance and administrative support as required

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience in a finance, invoicing, accounts, or administrative role
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Good organisational and time management skills
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
