What You'll Be Doing

Manage the recruitment process from advertising roles through to arranging interviews, making offers and preparing contracts.
Coordinate a welcoming lean onboarding experience to help new colleagues settle into Clearhill from day one.
Manage the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for departing colleagues.
Keep employee records, HR systems and documentation accurate and up to date.
Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR administration and people queries.
Help organise employee wellbeing initiatives and promote healthy habits throughout the year.
Support engagement activities that strengthen our culture and bring our values to life.
Assist with training administration and ensure learning records remain current.
Coordinate probation reviews, employee check-ins and other people processes.
Help maintain our People policies, templates and processes.
Look for simple improvements to make our people processes easier and more efficient, embracing our Lean way of working.
Support the wider team with general HR administration as required.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an HR, People or administration role.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with people at all levels.
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and learning new systems.
A positive attitude with a genuine interest in creating a great employee experience.
Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, continuously improving environment.
CIPD Level 5 or working towards it would be an advantage but is not essential.

Working Hours

This is a part-time role working 3 days a week.

Hours are 8.15am – 5pm
