Scheduling of remote based service and repair engineers across the UK and Ireland

Efficiently schedule the service engineer's day to day routes, adhering to the company SLA policy

Work towards stipulated KPI targets to achieve maximum productivity

Manage telephone and email communication

Where required, arrange the engineer's accommodation

Communicate with the internal and external teams to achieve the best possible experience for our customers

Follow and adhere to the scheduling procedures & guidelines, as laid out by the Senior Scheduler
Essential Skills & Experience

Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Previous experience in logistics or scheduling

Excellent planning and organisational abilities
