Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our busy and established lettings team based in Ashford.
This role would suit someone who already has a background in residential property management and is confident handling a portfolio of properties independently from day one. The successful candidate will be organised, professional and able to manage relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors efficiently and calmly.
We manage a wide range of quality homes across Kent, including some exceptional countryside and rural properties, so a high standard of customer service and attention to detail is essential.
The Role
This is a full-time position for a multi-skilled, experienced Agent. We’re offering a competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate who will be comfortable dealing with a varied set of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential lettings portfolio
- Dealing with maintenance issues and repairs
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Handling end of tenancy matters
- Ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Supporting colleagues across our other offices when required
The position is predominantly based in our Ashford office, although occasional travel to other branches may be required.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should be:
- Previous residential property management experience
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to manage a busy workload effectively
- A professional and proactive approach
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
