Creating precise sample and product builds across all classes

Running temperature, quality, and product date checks

Sealing flight canisters and trolleys, recording numbers accurately

Marshalling flights to Dispatch bays in the correct stowing order

Education: Degree-level ideal, but not essential — we care more about what you can do!
Experience:

You've led a team in a fast-paced environment
-
Shift/staff management experience — food manufacturing sector a big plus
-
At least 2 years of relevant operational experience
Skills:

Food hygiene, security, and H&S know-how preferred

Aviation security awareness a bonus

Sharp eye for detail and accuracy

Confident people/team management
-
Solid IT skills — MS Office; advanced Excel is a real plus

A proactive, flexible, can-do attitude

Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts
