Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to work alongside our Executive Chef, helping lead a culinary team and elevate the dining experience. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen operations, and team management, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency. Your leadership will inspire creativity, uphold food safety standards, and foster a vibrant, collaborative kitchen environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Duties

Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth daily operations
Oversee food production processes, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and taste
Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to guest preferences
Manage food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to recipes and portion controls
Enforce strict food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless serving experiences for guests
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize operational efficiency

Experience

Proven Head Chef/Executive Chef experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse kitchen teams effectively
Solid understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Experience in menu development, food presentation, and maintaining high-quality service standards
Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving procedures and customer service excellence
Prior kitchen experience that showcases adaptability in a fast-paced environment
