About The Role

Customer Service Representative

Marshall “Brand + Location”
Competitive basic | OTE up to £28,000 with uncapped earning potential; 25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays (increases with service); Life assurance & pension scheme; Discounts on car servicing, purchase & more; Access to exclusive shopping and lifestyle perks.
Full-time | 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am–5pm or 9am–6pm)

At Marshall “Brand + Location”, we’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced Aftersales Contact Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent one of the world’s most iconic brands while delivering outstanding service to our customers.

In this role:

You’ll be the first point of contact for our Aftersales customers, handling inbound service, MOT and repair bookings, and answering general enquiries with professionalism and care.
You’ll also make outbound calls to customers using our dealership database, checking in on their servicing needs, building rapport, and offering additional support or products.
You’ll deliver a seamless customer journey that builds loyalty and trust.

We're looking for:

Someone with previous experience in a customer service role, whether face-to-face or over the phone.
Someone who is a confident communicator, who enjoys working in a target-driven environment and thrives on helping others.
Someone with strong listening and influencing skills, able to convert enquiries into bookings while handling each interaction with care.
Someone comfortable using multiple systems and databases, with high attention to detail.
Most importantly, someone who’s positive, eager to learn, and ready to make a real impact as part of our team.
