Personal Assistant (Across Multiple Businesses)

Crewe, Cheshire (Office Based)

Full Time | Monday–Friday

Pay - Starting at £25,000

We're looking for an organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support the founder across several exciting and fast-growing businesses.

This is a varied role where no two days – or even two weeks – are the same. You'll help with business administration, diary management, emails, bookings, research, supplier communication, project coordination and general day-to-day organisation. You'll also play a part in supporting our social media and marketing while we continue to grow our team.

If you're someone who enjoys variety, likes solving problems and is happy getting stuck in wherever needed, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Managing diaries, meetings and appointments
Inbox and email management
Travel, hotel and restaurant bookings
Personal errands and general administration
Supporting multiple business projects
Researching suppliers, products and new ideas
Liaising with suppliers and customers
Helping organise events and launches
Updating spreadsheets and documents
Assisting with social media, content organisation and marketing administration
Capturing occasional behind-the-scenes content for social media
Carrying out simple order fulfilment and preparing customer orders when required
General office and business support

We're looking for someone who:

Is highly organised with great attention to detail
Can confidently manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
Has excellent communication skills
Has experience using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, either professionally or through creating content
Is comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and modern technology
Is proactive, resourceful and enjoys solving problems
Is happy to roll their sleeves up and help wherever needed
Is trustworthy, reliable and professional

We're a small, ambitious team building multiple businesses, so flexibility is essential. Some weeks you may spend more time organising diaries and meetings, while other weeks you'll be helping coordinate product launches, researching new ideas, packing customer orders or supporting our social media activity.

We don't believe in rigid job descriptions. If something needs doing and it's within your ability to help, we work together to get it done. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a "how can I help?" mindset are far more important to us than saying, "that's not my job."
