We are looking for a passionate, professional and guest-focused Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating memorable experiences and delivering exceptional service to every guest.
As part of the Guest Relations team, you will act as a key point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay exceeds expectations and helping to create outstanding hospitality experiences from arrival through to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm and personalised welcome to guests
- Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Managing guest feedback, queries and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Anticipating guest needs and identifying opportunities to enhance their stay
- Supporting VIP arrivals and special requests
- Working collaboratively with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and helping drive continuous improvement
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of hotel services, facilities and local area recommendations
- Supporting guest communications before, during and after their stay
What we are looking for:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays where required
