Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting the healthcare needs of your community? We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team at Cressex Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our patients while working alongside a friendly and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense prescription medications, following all legal, professional, and ethical guidelines.
Assist in the preparation of medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with prescriptions.
Provide exceptional customer service by offering advice on over-the-counter products and answering patient queries.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Help manage stock levels, ensuring medications are well-stocked and easily accessible.
Ensure all pharmacy operations are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support the pharmacist in delivering health advice and services, including medication reviews and consultations.
Perform other general administrative tasks as required, including filing, labeling, general organising and ordering stock.

Qualifications & Experience:

NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent qualification) - preffered
Willing to train the right individual
Currently NOT offering sponsorships
Previous experience working in a pharmacy is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and patient safety.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently when required.
Knowledge of Proscript is advantageous.
