At Excel Environmental Services Ltd, we are a well-established pest control and hygiene provider operating across Scotland. We work with local authorities, housing associations, and commercial clients, delivering high-quality, compliance-led services.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Pest Control Technician to join our team covering Ayrshire and surrounding areas.
The Role
This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for delivering pest control services across a range of environments including domestic properties, commercial premises, and public sector contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out inspections, treatments, and preventative pest control works
- Identify pest issues and implement effective solutions
- Complete digital reports using handheld systems
- Provide clear recommendations and advice to clients
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance
- Manage your workload and daily schedule efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Previous pest control experience (preferred but not essential)
- BPCA/RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management (essential)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional, reliable, and motivated attitude
