About Us

- Support social media engagement and community management (responding to DMs, comments, reshares and collaborations)
- Keep key digital channel information up to date (opening times, event details, menu changes, etc.)
- Write marketing copy for channels such as newsletters
- Create event posters and social assets using agreed templates
- Ensure in-venue posters are current and replaced when needed
- Support ongoing marketing admin, keeping folders and trackers organised and up to date
About You
- You have an understanding of and passion for the Bristol music scene, with strong knowledge of music genres
- You are organised, manage your time well, and have a sharp eye for detail
- You enjoy content creation and feel confident using social media platforms
- You’re proactive, flexible and enjoy working at pace across three busy venues
- You have experience designing posters and creating social content (including reels)
- You’ll know how to use tools like Photoshop, Canva and CapCut
- You have strong copywriting skills across digital formats
- You have a broad understanding of digital marketing and are keen to learn within a small, collaborative team
