Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast chef to join our culinary team at Lartington Hall in Barnard Castle. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing high-quality dishes that meet our guests' expectations while maintaining the standards of food safety and kitchen efficiency.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
Assist in managing kitchen operations to maintain a smooth workflow.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements
