This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing College in North Devon as Head of Faculty for Construction, Engineering & Motor Vehicle (CEM).

We're looking for an ambitious and inspirational leader to build on the success of a thriving vocational faculty. As we continue to expand our curriculum, strengthen employer partnerships and invest in the future of technical education, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping what comes next.

What you'll do

As Head of Faculty, you'll:

Lead the Construction, Engineering & Motor Vehicle Faculty, setting a clear vision for excellence.
Create a culture where outstanding teaching, learning and student achievement are at the heart of everything we do.
Drive quality improvement, performance and learner outcomes across the faculty.
Lead, support and challenge teaching, assessment and support staff to achieve their very best.
Develop strong employer partnerships that enhance the student experience and respond to industry needs.
Play an active role within the College Leadership Team, contributing to the strategic direction and continued success of the College.
