Part-time Café Team Member (16 hrs + a week) – Caerau & Ely Hub & Llandaff North & Gabalfa Hub & Llanedeyrn Hub

Location: Lew’s Coffee Shop - Caerau & Ely Hub & occasionally Llanedeyrn and Llandaff North & Gabalfa Hubs, Cardiff
Hours: 16+
Days: Flexible (business operates Mon-Fri)

About us:
We’re a friendly, community-focused coffee shop based in the Caerau & Ely Hub, and also have sites in Llanedeyrn and Llandaff North, serving great coffee and homemade food in a welcoming environment.

Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic FOH team member to:

Serve customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service
Take orders, prepare drinks, and serve food
Support busy service periods and keep things moving during peak times
Keep the café clean, tidy, and well stocked
Work closely with the team to maintain the friendly, community-focused feel of the Hub

Requirements:

Friendly, positive attitude
Team player, reliable and punctual
Comfortable working at pace during busy periods
Community-minded, with a “let’s get it done” attitude
A passion for coffee is massively helpful (experience on the machine is a bonus, not essential)
