Job Overview

VOID PROPERTY PAINTING ON PRICE WORK in Grimsby Scunthorpe and surrounding areas

MUST HAVE CSCS CARD Own Tools and Transport

Painter must be able to cover all these areas

We are seeking a skilled Voids Painter Decorator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out painting and decorating works within void properties, ensuring high standards of finish and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying necessary primers before painting or decorating
Apply paint to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in void properties
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations
Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout each project
Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress or issues
Drive company vehicles to various sites as required, ensuring safe transportation of tools and materials

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction painting or decorating, particularly within void properties
Valid driving licence with the ability to drive company vehicles safely
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
