You get given a bathroom project that's actually planned out before you arrive: materials on site, no guessing, and the time to do it right.

Strip-out, rebuild, tile, plumb it in, finished the way you'd want your own bathroom done.

Our bathroom and kitchen projects are across Southampton, Winchester and Eastliehg and are planned properly, the materials are ready, and we all understand the expectation of a high quality finish. You get the time and support to do what you’re good at: fitting quality bathrooms and kitchens that you would be happy calling your own.

Who you are

A confident communicator, able to explain the work to customers clearly and without jargon

Strong attention to detail, from punctuality to keeping the van presentable

What you'll need (qualifications and experience)

5+ years' experience fitting bathrooms and kitchens
Strong plumbing, tiling skills and carpentry skills

The role

Full bathroom renovations, rip-out to completion
Strip-outs, first fix, tiling, fitting suites and showers, finished to a high standard
Plumbing in baths, showers, sinks and toilets, including concealed valves
Carpentry alongside it: boxing in, flooring, fitting units
Occasional kitchen fits: units, worktops, appliances, plumbing in sinks and dishwashers
Treating the customer and their home like they matter, understanding what they want and talking them through it with no jargon

The package
£34,500-£39,000 (depending on experience)

Company van + fuel,
25 days holiday + bank holidays (plus one extra day each year you stay, up to 28)
Pension
Regular company events
Monday to Friday, 8:00-4:30 occasional overtime
