Full job description

PCB Assembler

Location: Basingstoke

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

About the Role

As a PCB Assembler, you will play a key role in the assembly of electronic products, ensuring work is completed to a high standard of quality and accuracy.

Your responsibilities will include:

Applying solder paste by hand to printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Hand placing electronic components onto PCBs.
Soldering through-hole components as required.
Working to production schedules while maintaining high quality standards.
Following company procedures and health and safety guidelines.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Experience in PCB assembly.
Experience with hand placement of electronic components.
Experience in hand soldering.

What We Offer

Monday to Friday working – no weekend shifts.
8-hour shifts (8:30am – 5:00pm).
20 days' annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
An additional day's holiday for each year of service, up to a maximum of 25 days.
Christmas shutdown between Christmas and New Year (three days deducted from annual leave entitlement).
