Due to business growth we have a new opportunity for someone to join us in our office based near Buntingford as a Regional Co Ordinator reporting to Regional Manager. This role will suit someone with a positive attitude and exceptional attention to detail.
Full training will be provided, and some typical tasks will include
- Managing and Organising high volumes of e-mails, ensuring timely responses
- Communicating effectively with clients and other team members
- Updating records and databases
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Additional office administration
- Previous experience in Property management is desirable
- Support Regional Manager
As the company continues to grow, the role will be to able adapt and grow and progress with the individual’s skills. To begin with this is an office-based role, but once competent, some hybrid working is available.
Desired Qualifications/Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to the business needs
- Supporting the Regional Manager in adhoc tasks
- Full driving Licence essential as some site visits may occasionally be required.
