We are currently looking for an Ecommerce Trading Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the local and central trade teams your focus will be on owning the onsite commercial experience for a defined market, including promotional planning, product merchandising, and trading performance. In this role, you will combine your commercial mindset with your ability to make data-driven decisions that directly influence revenue, conversion, and customer experience.
Execute campaigns across key onsite touchpoints, including homepage, category pages, landing pages, and site navigation.
Own product merchandising decisions, optimising product placement, category structure, and navigation to drive conversion and average order value.
Support with promotional discounting within agreed commercial frameworks, balancing revenue growth, margin, and brand positioning.
Partner closely with Category Management, Buying, Brand Marketing, Pricing, Analytics, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure aligned execution and commercial success.
3-5 years’ experience in ecommerce trading, onsite merchandising, digital trading, or a similar commercial ecommerce role.
Strong analytical skills, including experience using Google Analytics, dashboards, and spreadsheet-based reporting tools.
