Full job description

Kick off your career with Retail Marketing Group as a Regional Demonstrator!

The Fine Print:

Pay: £27,132.72 per annum with an annual bonus of up to £3000 + Company Car

Location: South West - Covering Southwest region spanning south coast from Southampton to Truro and up to the M4 corridor including the likes of Swindon and Reading. Ideal location for candidate is Bristol or surrounding areas - this is a field-based role with travel to retail stores + occasional travel to client offices

Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday - Friday (with 2x Saturdays a month taking a Monday off in lieu)

Department: Commercial - Client Services

Reporting to: Regional Manager

As a Regional Demonstrator, you’ll be the face of a globally recognised consumer electronics brand, specialising in Home Solutions (Fridges, freezers, washing machines). Your mission? To deliver engaging product demonstrations and empower retail teams with the knowledge and confidence to drive sales.

This isn’t just about showing off great products, it’s about creating memorable experiences, sparking enthusiasm, and helping customers make informed choices.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver dynamic training sessions to retail staff, showcasing product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
Lead high-impact in-store demonstrations that drive customer engagement and boost sales.
Build strong relationships with store teams and share valuable insights with internal stakeholders.
Visit stores according to a set schedule, report on activities, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.
