Marketing Assistant

Salary: £28,000–£35,000 per year, depending on experience
Job type: Full-time, on-site in Chelmsford Essex

Templant Rental Power, established in 1989, is part of the Camfaud Group and is a leading temporary power specialist, providing planned and emergency power solutions throughout the UK. We pride ourselves on providing fast response times, high-quality equipment and excellent customer service.

About the Role

Templant Rental Power is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to join our small in-house marketing team. This is a varied, hands-on role covering content creation, social media management, graphic design, and website management. The successful candidate will assist in helping to develop Templant’s brand and support the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

● Capture and edit photography and video content for use across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, including creating, scheduling and publishing engaging posts.

● Design brochures, flyers, banners, datasheets, presentations and other marketing materials.

● Produce visual content using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

● Write blog articles, case studies and press releases.

● Manage and update the company website, including SEO.

● Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns.

Skills and Experience

● Previous experience in a marketing or similar role

● Understanding of social media marketing, content creation and digital marketing

● Experience managing websites and content management systems such as WordPress

● Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads and marketing reporting tools

● Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or similar creative software

● Experience capturing and editing photography and video content

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

social media , content creation and digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
managing websites and content management : 2 years (preferred)
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads : 2 years (preferred)
capturing and editing photography and video content: 1 year (preferred)
