Digital Marketing Co‑ordinator

We are on the look-out for a Digital Marketing Co‑ordinator to join us to provide support across a number of businesses in our Group including Tilley Green Coffee, 4M Portable Buildings, 4M Self Storage and Whixall Marina, as well as the Group’s general marketing activity.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to establish their marketing career and gain experience by working on a variety of interesting projects – we can definitely guarantee that no two days will ever be the same! It’s a hands-on role and you will be at the centre of our day-to-day marketing activity.

You will ensure social media, websites and communications reflect what’s happening across our businesses. That means working closely with site teams, keeping things up-to-date, and creating clear and consistent messages and marketing material. You will also provide support for our events programme.

The right person will be someone who is happy to get involved, has an appetite to understand how our businesses operate and takes pride in doing things well. Excellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and establishing good working relationships matter, just as much as creativity.

Working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (with some flexibility required on exceptionally busy days) and you will be based at our headquarters in Prees.

What will the role involve?

· Creating, managing and posting on social media channels across the Group

· Creating simple, effective content (photos, videos and graphics)

· Visiting businesses to capture what’s happening day-to-day

· Updating website content using CMS platforms

· Supporting email campaigns through systems like Mailchimp

· Helping plan and organise marketing activity and campaigns

· Keeping marketing plans and schedules up-to-date

· Ensuring brand consistency across our businesses

· Working with external suppliers (design, print, website support)

· Supporting general day-to-day marketing requests from Group businesses

· Supporting annual events programme

What are we looking for?

An interest in marketing and content creation
Comfortable using, or willing to learn, website CMS systems and email/CRM platforms like Mailchimp
Someone who is organised and able to keep on top of a variety of tasks
Strong relationship building skills – able to work well with people across sites and teams
Excellent attention to detail – someone who notices the small things and gets them right
A practical, down-to-earth approach
Willing to get stuck in and support where needed
Clear communication and a natural way with words
