Full job description

Hilton Herbs and Verm-X are successful businesses that make natural health products and supplements for animals. Based in Somerset the team pride themselves on creating a range that is excellent for animals and for the environment. Hilton Herbs and Verm-X are rapidly growing businesses both in the UK and overseas. 

Office Administrator

We are looking to recruit a full-time Office Administrator to join our small team based in North Perrott, Somerset.

Day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:

General office tasks as required
Sales and purchase ledger processing
Raising sales orders/invoices
Dealing with supplier and customer communications and queries
Supplier and customer account reconciliations
Preparation of monthly supplier payment runs
Assist Finance team with tasks as necessary

Essential Skills and Experience

Proficiency in standard office software- especially Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Ideally experience using accounting software (ideally Sage 50 and Xero)
