Full job description

Rockwest Haulage Limited – Meeth, Devon

Rockwest Haulage Limited is a growing haulage and plant hire company based in Meeth, Devon. We are looking for a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 driver to join our team on a full-time employed (PAYE) basis.

The role:

Driving a Volvo FMX 8 wheeler tipper
Monday to Friday working pattern - Occasional Saturday
Regular nights away required
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
Representing the company professionally on site

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Must be aged 25 or over (insurance requirement)
Previous tipper / site experience preferred
Good understanding of drivers’ hours and site safety
Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious

Pay & benefits:

£15.00 per hour
Night-out allowance paid
Employed (PAYE)
Regular, steady work
Well-maintained vehicles
Friendly, supportive working environment
