Full job description

The Gwydyr Hotel is a beautiful 4-star hotel located in Betws Y Coed. The Gateway to Snowdonia. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and customer service to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We are currently looking for a hardworking and reliable Housekeeper to join our friendly team.

This role is essential to maintaining the high standards expected of a 4-star hotel and plays a key part in enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation in guest bedrooms and public areas
Service bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors in line with company policies and procedures
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management
Fulfil reasonable guest requests to ensure comfort and satisfaction
Adhere to all company policies, health & safety, and hygiene standards
Carry out instructions as given by management and head office

About You:

Hardworking, reliable, and takes pride in their work
Good attention to detail
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous housekeeping experience is ideal but not essential — full training will be provided
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
