Job Title: Junior Data Analyst / Junior Data Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Data Analyst / Junior Data Developer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who has an IT-related degree with a specialization in Data, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

The successful candidate will have foundational knowledge of Python, SQL, HTML, and CSS and a passion for working with data to solve business problems. You will work closely with experienced team members to develop data solutions, create reports, and support data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining databases and data solutions.
Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Python.
Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and business insights.
Help automate routine reporting and data-processing tasks.
Assist with developing and maintaining web-based interfaces using HTML and CSS.
Work with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements.
Monitor data quality and help ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Document processes, reports, and technical solutions.
Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of existing systems.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
Python
SQL
HTML
CSS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a team.
Strong attention to detail.

Desirable Skills

Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
Understanding of database design principles.
Familiarity with JavaScript.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
Internship, placement year, or project experience involving data analysis or software development.
