Activities Coordinator - St Aidens Cottage

About the Role:
Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives? We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team in providing compassionate, person-centered support for our service users at our St Aiden's home. You will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a wide range of stimulating activities while supporting their independence, well-being, and connection to the local community.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize and lead engaging activities within the Home (e.g., arts & crafts, cooking, games, reading).

Plan and accompany guests on outings and social events.

Encourage the development of social, emotional, and life skills in line with individual care plans.

Support guests in achieving greater independence, including budgeting and communication.

Promote inclusion, safety, and respect for all guests' preferences and rights.

Monitor and assess individual progress and contribute to care plans.

Maintain accurate records and report changes in guest well-being to senior staff.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and confidentiality policies.
