Overview

At Incline Space, we design, furnish and build inspiring workplaces for some of the UK's most exciting businesses.

From complete office fit-outs and interior design to furniture, acoustics and technology, we help companies create environments where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

We're growing rapidly across Northern Ireland, Ireland and the UK, and we're looking for an energetic, organised and creative Client Success & Marketing Executive to help drive our next phase of growth.

This is not a traditional office job.

You'll become one of the faces of our business, supporting clients, working alongside our designers and project teams, creating engaging marketing campaigns and helping generate new business.

What You'll Be DoingClient Success

Welcome clients to our Belfast showroom.
Support the sales team with quotations and presentations.
Manage customer enquiries and follow up opportunities.
Keep HubSpot CRM updated.
Coordinate meetings and project documentation.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to project completion.

Marketing

Create engaging LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook content.
Capture photography and video of completed projects.
Produce email campaigns and newsletters.
Update website content and project case studies.
Support showroom events and networking activities.
Work with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to create high-quality content.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills.
Friendly, confident and professional.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Creative mindset with an interest in marketing.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
Experience with Canva, HubSpot or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage but not essential.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
