About the job

Locate a Locum is on a mission to simplify healthcare recruitment through technology. We are seeking an elite, results-driven Senior B2B Sales Executive to drive net-new revenue and build a robust book of business for LAL Reachour media platform connecting healthcare brands with verified professionals.

This role strips away heavy administrative and operational responsibilities to let you focus entirely on what you do best: selling. You are a true "hunter" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of taking a pipeline from zero to one. If you excel at pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with corporate decision-makers, you will thrive in this role.

Job Duties

Drive net-new revenue by building and executing a strategic sales plan to generate business completely from scratch.
Own the full-cycle sales process, from aggressive outbound prospecting and lead generation to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Deliver compelling pitches for ad inventory, sponsorship packages, and digital content reach on the LAL Reach platform to high-level decision-makers.
Maintain a consistently healthy pipeline of qualified B2B leads to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
Operate with high autonomy to aggressively pursue new business opportunities and identify untapped markets for our media offerings.
Collaborate with the broader team to ensure what is sold aligns with our platform's capabilities and audience engagement goals.

Job Requirements

5 to 8+ years of proven, quota-carrying commercial sales experience.
A strong background in B2B Media & Publishing Sales or B2B Digital Agency Sales.
Demonstrable experience and deep understanding of exactly how to sell ad inventory, sponsorship, and digital reach.
A strict "hunter" mentality: deeply motivated by the chase and the close, with a proven ability to build revenue streams from zero.
The ability to operate independently and effectively without needing constant direction or administrative hand-holding.
Comfortable working at pace and managing a high-volume pipeline of prospects simultaneously.

Nice to Haves

Previous experience selling into, or a strong working knowledge of, the healthcare sector.
An understanding of the brands, pharmaceutical companies, and agencies that target healthcare professionals (such as pharmacists and optometrists).
Familiarity with modern sales CRM and prospecting tools to maintain a highly efficient outbound workflow.
