Job Overview
Ultra Worx is seeking skilled and motivated Rope Access Technicians (IRATA Level 1 & 2) to join our growing team. This role involves delivering specialist working-at-height (WAH) services across a wide range of high-level and hard-to-access projects.
Our work covers rope access solutions, facade and structural maintenance, roofing and gutter services, fall protection systems, specialist installations, compliance inspections, high-level cleaning, modular installations, reactive maintenance, pest prevention systems, drone-assisted inspections, and window/facade cleaning.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out rope access operations safely and efficiently in line with IRATA guidelines
- Perform facade and structural inspections, maintenance, and repair work
- Support roofing repairs, gutter maintenance, and leak investigations
- Install fall protection systems, safety lines, and access solutions
- Carry out specialist installations (signage, lighting, architectural elements, etc.)
- Conduct compliance inspections and assist with certification-related works
- Perform high-level and window/facade cleaning
- Carry out reactive maintenance and emergency repair tasks
- Install pest prevention systems such as bird netting and spikes
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Requirements
- IRATA Level 1 or Level 2 (essential)
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Fit to Work Medical (preferred)
- Proven experience working at height in rope access environments
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Physically fit and comfortable working in demanding environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable (Not Essential)
- IPAF Licence
- PASMA Certification
- Experience across maintenance, inspections, or construction sectors
