Job Description

As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Qualifications

What you'll do as a Night Porter...

Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins.
Ensure guest and business safety and security are the top priority at all times.
In the event of a fire, safely and efficiently evacuate all guests and team members from the business.
Answer telephone enquiries and resolve customer complaints to ensure every guest enjoys their stay.
Clean the pub during night
Some food preparation
Some kitchen cleaning
Other small tasks given

What you'll bring...

A willingness to learn and develop your skills.
A great eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service and making every guest feel welcome.
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
