We're looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to become the heart of our branch operations. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our care services run smoothly by coordinating staff, managing rotas, supporting our care teams, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll be doing
As our Care Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient and effective delivery of domiciliary care services by:
- Coordinating care schedules and matching the right Care & Support Workers to each client based on skills, location and individual needs.
- Producing accurate rotas and ensuring all care visits are fully covered while responding quickly to changes and emergencies.
- Building positive relationships with clients, families, Support Workers and healthcare professionals.
- Supporting the Registered Manager with branch growth by developing new care packages and maximising existing capacity.
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and induction of new Care & Support Workers.
- Monitoring service quality, resolving concerns professionally and ensuring compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all care documentation is up to date.
- Participating in the on-call rota and providing occasional hands-on support where required.
What we're looking for
You'll be someone who can remain calm under pressure, think ahead and genuinely cares about delivering exceptional care.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience coordinating domiciliary care services.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence using care management systems and Microsoft Office.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and adapt quickly in a busy environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care.
Essential Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Flexibility to participate in the on-call rota, including evenings and weekends.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Desirable
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a Care Coordinator
