We are seeking a motivated and energetic Bricklayers Labourer to join our construction team. Responsibilities
Assist bricklayers and masons with preparing work sites, including mixing mortar and organizing materials.
Handle a variety of hand tools, power tools, and masonry equipment safely and efficiently.
Support with the setup and dismantling of scaffolding, ladders, and safety barriers on site.
Help carry bricks, blocks, stones, and other building materials to designated areas.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by clearing debris and waste regularly.
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure personal safety and that of team members.
Learn basic masonry techniques under supervision to develop your craftsmanship skills.
Requirements
Previous experience with hand tools, power tools, or basic construction tasks is advantageous but not essential; a strong willingness to learn is key.
Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures.
Interest in developing skills in bricklaying, masonry, carpentry, roofing, or welding is a plus.
Reliable attendance and a proactive attitude toward completing assigned tasks efficiently.
Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to follow instructions carefully.

Pay: £8.00-£20.00 per hour
