Southeast Regional Manager, £60,000 per annum + profit-related bonus

In this role, you will lead the Southeast region covering the Chelmsford and Maidstone depots, with your base at Chelmsford. You will have a competitive salary, a profit-related bonus tied to the region's performance, mileage paid at 45p per mile (or a company van made available where preferred), and continual development opportunities. You will work with award-winning housebuilders.
You will:
- Lead, develop and line-manage the Operations Managers, Supervisors and Office Manager across both depots.
- Take overall accountability for Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) standards, quality of installations, and compliance with current codes of practice across the region.
- Drive commercial performance of the region, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, control costs and grow profitability.
- Split your time flexibly between the Chelmsford and Maidstone depots to give both teams the support and visibility they need.
- Build strong working relationships with customers, sub-contractors and internal teams, and report directly into the Joint Managing Directors on regional performance.
In this role, industry experience is ideal but not essential; we're more interested in your track record of leading people and running a successful operation. You will need a full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel between depots regularly.
