As a Scrub Nurse or Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at The Holly Hospital, you hold the relevant qualifications and experience in Orthopaedics and are registered with either the NMC or HCPC. You bring a passion for high standards, a meticulous eye for detail and extensive post-registration experience. You’re a focused, flexible and a motivated team worker.

As a Scrub Nurse or Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you will:

Work in a multi disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities
Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team
Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
