Plant Designs is London’s foremost design-led interior plant company, bringing greenery into workspaces and commercial buildings across the capital.
We design, install, and maintain interior plant displays in over 350 sites and are continuing to grow our team as we take on new client contracts.
The Role
This role will focus on the delivery of plants to a range of commercial spaces and offices, and the maintenance of trees and tropical plants ensuring displays look their best and clients enjoy an exceptional service.
The job is based out of our warehouse in Greenford, West London and requires ability to drive a company van in and around London on a daily basis.
This is a full-time role at 40 hours per week.
A typical work day is 7:00am-3:30pm but often requires flexible working times, including working early mornings, overnight and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering and installing plants in commercial environments, mostly indoors with some exterior work also involved.
- Driving to various sites in a company vehicle (either in LWB transit or Luton box vans).
- Providing plant care to the highest standards – watering, pruning, planting, cleaning, and pest control. Includes manual handling and working at heights on a regular basis.
- Driving and loading/unloading company vehicles, plus looking after stock and equipment in transit.
- Delivering outstanding customer service while representing Plant Designs professionally on-site.
- Following a schedule with multiple delivery drops and maintenance visits to be carried out efficiently and proactively.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on horticultural work experience and/or qualifications, ideally with indoor plants.
- Full, clean driving license with experience of driving vans.
- Experience in client-facing roles or customer service positions.
- Health & Safety awareness and physical capability of lifting and moving items safely.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Adaptable to flexible hours, including early mornings, overnight works and weekends.
- IT literate, fluent in written and spoken English, with strong communication and people skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
