Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Trader to join our construction and maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of trades across different projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a broad skill set in building, repair, and maintenance tasks to contribute to diverse projects within the organisation.

Responsibilities

Perform carpentry tasks including framing, fitting, and finishing work.
Conduct roofing repairs and installations, ensuring weatherproofing and durability.
Carry out construction painting to specifications, preparing surfaces and applying finishes.
Undertake plumbing duties such as installing, repairing, or maintaining pipes and fixtures.
Execute masonry work including bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete repairs.
Handle electrical tasks within scope of experience, including wiring and fixture installation.
Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks safely and effectively.
Fabricate components or structures as required for various projects.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience across multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, or electrical work.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction and maintenance activities.
Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, or specifications.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
Valid relevant certifications or licences are preferred but not essential depending on experience.
A proactive attitude with a focus on quality workmanship and safety compliance.

Pay: £180.00-£250.00 per day
