What You'll Be Doing
Stepping well above day-to-day campaign management, you will act as the strategic linchpin between our CMO, Executive Leadership Team, and a brilliant internal team of four (including an established Marketing Manager). You'll own the commercial targets, the creative vision, and the tech stack that keeps us scaling sustainably.
Drive Commercial Growth: Own and govern key metrics including CAC, LTV, and cost-of-sale efficiency, ensuring every pound spent fuels profitable expansion.
Shape the Brand Identity: Sharpen our core narrative, set the tonal and visual bar, and oversee major hero campaigns, packaging, and unboxing experiences that turn casual shoppers into brand loyalists.
Scale the Infrastructure: Direct our MarTech architecture, future-proof our first-party data strategy, and manage our external agency ecosystem with absolute accountability.
Lead Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Finance, Product, and Operations to ensure commercial margins, inventory lifecycles, and promotional calendars align seamlessly.
Develop Talent: Mentor and grow our existing team while mapping out our medium-term hiring roadmap.

E-Commerce Expertise: Proven experience scaling an e-commerce brand, ideally within furniture, homeware, home improvement, or a related high-value category.
