Full job description

Position Summary-

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional with a strong eye for style, exceptional client service abilities, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results. As a Senior Stylist, you will provide expert consultations, perform advanced styling services, including cuts & blowdries, highlights, tints, balayages etc… mentor junior team members, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality styling services while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand preferences, needs, and lifestyle requirements.
Recommend appropriate products, treatments, and services based on client goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
Stay informed about industry trends, techniques, and emerging products.
Mentor, train, and support junior stylists and assistants.
Assist with service standards, quality control, and team development.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Support business objectives through retail sales, upselling, and client engagement initiatives.
Handle client concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.
