We are looking for a for a driven, organised and people-focused Sales & Admissions Administrator to become the first point of contact for prospective families. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, guiding customers through a journey, and achieving meaningful results.
You'll play a crucial role in helping students access our programmes by managing enquiries, arranging trial sessions, supporting parents through the admissions process, and converting trial attendees into enrolled students.
About the Role
As a Sales & Admissions Administrator, you will:
· Contact and qualify new parent enquiries, keeping a track of joiners, leavers and student retention rates.
· Book and manage student trial sessions by working closely with Senior/Site Managers to coordinate weekly trial attendance and the care of trial students throughout their trial day.
· Register students and maintain accurate records.
· Guide families through funding eligibility processes where applicable, ensuring that all students to the school are set up in the correct way.
· Work closely with Senior/Site Managers to coordinate weekly trial attendance and the care of trial students throughout their trial day.
· Conduct post-trial follow-up calls with parents.
· Actively convert trial students into enrolled students, making sure to follow up with families that need to rearrange the trial or those that want further information.
· Liaise with the Finance Team to ensure smooth student onboarding.
· Maintain and update CRM systems and trackers.
This role requires attendance on-site every Saturday from 09:40am – 2:40pm to support trial operations and maintain visibility within the admissions process.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
· Has experience in either sales administration, admissions, recruitment, customer service, or a similar role.
· Is confident speaking with parents and building a rapport over the phone, over email and through messages.
· Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail, whilst remaining organised, proactive, and self-motivated.
· Enjoys working towards conversion and performance targets.
· Has strong administrative and CRM system skills.
· Can confidently overcome objections, can problem solve to help families make informed decisions.
· Is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience internally and externally.
