About Us
We are a premier interior design studio specializing in creating breathtaking, aspirational show homes for the country’s leading property developers. We don’t just design spaces; we craft lifestyles that sell homes. From contemporary urban apartments to grand country estates, our projects move fast, look flawless, and demand the highest level of execution.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, office-based Project Manager to take our stunning concepts off the mood boards and orchestrate their execution from our central HQ.
The Role
As our Project Manager, you will be the operational bridge between design concept and physical reality. Based in our main office, you will take total ownership of the logistics, coordination, and procurement phases—managing budgets, timelines, and remote teams to ensure every show home is delivered on time, on budget, and to an impeccable standard.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love mastering complex logistics, and know how to keep multiple moving parts in perfect alignment from a central dashboard, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Contractor Coordination: Act as the primary office-based point of contact for all trades (electricians, decorators, carpenters, carpet fitters, installation teams, and stylists). Schedule their work windows, manage contracts, and ensure they are fully briefed on project specifications before arriving at the property.
- Procurement & Purchasing: Manage the procurement pipeline for all project furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and bespoke design elements. Negotiate with suppliers, track lead times, and resolve any supply chain delays.
- Logistics & Installation Management: Direct and coordinate delivery schedules and installation teams remotely. You will ensure the logistics pipeline runs like clockwork so that furniture and styling teams arrive exactly when the property is ready.
- Timeline & Budget Management: Develop detailed project timelines and track expenditure from the office. Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and implement quick, effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain seamless communication between the internal design team, external clients (property developers), and remote site managers.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is an organizational powerhouse. You should excel at managing complex logistics, building relationships over the phone, and keeping a cool head while steering multiple projects from your desk.
- Experience: 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within interior design, residential fit-outs, show homes.
- Software Skills: Microsoft Office 365. Experience with project scheduling tools and inventory management software. Knowledge of Simpro Premium software would be a distinct advantage.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects without sweating the details.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills; able to coordinate trades, installation teams, and stylists effectively from the office while maintaining great relationships with designers and corporate clients.
- Problem-Solving: Calm under pressure. When a custom sofa is delayed two days before launch, you don't panic—you pivot the logistics schedule and find a solution.
Professional Qualifications & Accreditations
- Project Management Certification: A recognized qualification such as PRINCE2 (Foundation or Practitioner), APM (Association for Project Management), or PMP is highly desirable.
- Health & Safety: A valid CSCS Card (Visitor, Academically Qualified, or Professionally Qualified person) or a IOSH Managing Safely / CITB SMSTS/SSSTS qualification is advantageous to ensure a strong understanding of site-side safety and compliance when coordinating trades.
- Education: A degree or higher diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a business-related discipline is preferred but equivalent commercial experience will be heavily valued.

- Competitive salary.
- 28 days annual leave + bank holidays.
- Company pension scheme.
- A vibrant, collaborative, and creative office environment.
- The opportunity to work on high-profile, luxury design projects.
