Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Barber. This role involves providing exceptional customer service within a dynamic environment, with a focus on hair styling and barbering services. Responsibilities

Deliver professional hair styling and barbering services tailored to client preferences
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are hygienic and well-maintained
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert advice on styles and treatments
Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery
Uphold health and safety standards in line with industry regulations
Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and build loyalty

Requirements

Proven experience in hair styling and barbering, with relevant qualifications or certifications preferred
Strong communication skills in English, capable of clearly understanding client needs and explaining services effectively
Customer service orientation, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse clientele
Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products
Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
Organised, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism
Previous experience in the beauty or grooming industry is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
